Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 Tbs finely chopped fresh thyme
- 1 Tbs finely chopped fresh oregano
- ½ tsp sea salt
- Romaine lettuce leaves
Directions
- Combine turkey, thyme, oregano and salt in a bowl and make four patties out of the mixture.
- You can freeze some of the patties and use them later.
- Cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until the burgers are cooked.
- Serve the burgers on lettuce leaves with desired condiment.
