Turkey Burger on Lettuce Leaves

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 Tbs finely chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 Tbs finely chopped fresh oregano
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • Romaine lettuce leaves

Directions

  • Combine turkey, thyme, oregano and salt in a bowl and make four patties out of the mixture.
  • You can freeze some of the patties and use them later.
  • Cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until the burgers are cooked.
  • Serve the burgers on lettuce leaves with desired condiment.
