Tahini Sauce Leave a Comment / Recipes, Warm Meals / By Melis Doglu Ingredients ½ cup tahini 1 garlic clove, minced Juice of 1 large lemon ½ cup water Handful of parsley, chopped Sprinkle of sea salt Directions Pour the tahini in a bowl. Add the water and mix for about a minute until the consistency becomes thick. Add the lemon juice and mix until homogenous. Add the garlic, sea salt and parsley. Spread the tahini sauce on roasted eggplants, salad or any roasted vegetables and enjoy.
