Tahini Sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ cup tahini
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Juice of 1 large lemon
  • ½ cup water
  • Handful of parsley, chopped
  • Sprinkle of sea salt

 

Directions

  • Pour the tahini in a bowl.
  • Add the water and mix for about a minute until the consistency becomes thick.
  • Add the lemon juice and mix until homogenous.
  • Add the garlic, sea salt and parsley.
  • Spread the tahini sauce on roasted eggplants, salad or any roasted vegetables and enjoy.
