Ingredients
- ½ cup tahini
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- ½ cup water
- Handful of parsley, chopped
- Sprinkle of sea salt
Directions
- Pour the tahini in a bowl.
- Add the water and mix for about a minute until the consistency becomes thick.
- Add the lemon juice and mix until homogenous.
- Add the garlic, sea salt and parsley.
- Spread the tahini sauce on roasted eggplants, salad or any roasted vegetables and enjoy.
