Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, washed and chopped
  • 2 Tbs avocado oil
  • Sprinkle of sea salt

Directions

  • Wash the cauliflower and chop into small florets
  • Spray with avocado oil.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Place them on a parchment paper lined baking tray.
  • Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes until golden brown on top.
  • Enjoy with tahini sauce (see tahini recipe).
