Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¾ cow milk/coconut or almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbs maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 Tbs Almond Butter
  • ¼ cup blueberries

Directions

  • Place the chia seeds, milk, maple syrup and vanilla in a mason jar and shake.
  • Place the jar in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Add the blueberries and enjoy.
