Ingredients
- 2 lb. beef stew
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp vinegar
- ½ cup strained tomato puree
- 1 tomato peeled and grated
- 1 tsp sea salt
Directions
- Oil the pressure cooker or instant pot with avocado oil.
- Sautee the onions
- Mix the grated tomato with tomato puree, salt and add it to the pressure cooker/instant pot.
- Add the beef stew and enough water to cover.
- Add the vinegar.
- For the instant pot, put on stew setting and once time is up, allow to cool off by itself.
- For pressure cooker, cook on high pressure for 10 minutes and turn the heat off.
- Allow for pressure to go down and enjoy.
