Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. beef stew
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • ½ cup strained tomato puree
  • 1 tomato peeled and grated
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Directions

  • Oil the pressure cooker or instant pot with avocado oil.
  • Sautee the onions
  • Mix the grated tomato with tomato puree, salt and add it to the pressure cooker/instant pot.
  • Add the beef stew and enough water to cover.
  • Add the vinegar.
  • For the instant pot, put on stew setting and once time is up, allow to cool off by itself.
  • For pressure cooker, cook on high pressure for 10 minutes and turn the heat off.
  • Allow for pressure to go down and enjoy.
