I believe each person carries the innate knowledge to make the right decisions as their own expert. That knowledge is not in the latest article, it’s within you.

My approach to health is holistic, which means I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Maybe stress at your job or in your relationships lead to poor food choices. Maybe lack of sleep or low energy prevents you from exercising. As we work together, we will look at how all the different aspects of your life affect your overall health and create a roadmap that will take you from where you are to where you want to be.
