Crispy Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale leaves
  • ¼ cup avocado oil for drizzling
  • Sprinkle of sea salt

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 300F.
  • Remove the stems and tear the kale leaves into bite size pieces.
  • Wash and dry with a salad spinner.
  • Spread the kale leaves out onto 2 parchment paper lined baking trays (Spread them onto 4 trays if you want them to be extra crispy).
  • Drizzle 3 Tbs avocado oil over each pan and toss it with the kale leaves using your hands or tongs to distribute the oil evenly.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes until the edges start getting brown but not burnt.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy.
