Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale leaves
- ¼ cup avocado oil for drizzling
- Sprinkle of sea salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 300F.
- Remove the stems and tear the kale leaves into bite size pieces.
- Wash and dry with a salad spinner.
- Spread the kale leaves out onto 2 parchment paper lined baking trays (Spread them onto 4 trays if you want them to be extra crispy).
- Drizzle 3 Tbs avocado oil over each pan and toss it with the kale leaves using your hands or tongs to distribute the oil evenly.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes until the edges start getting brown but not burnt.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy.
