Ingredients
- ½ cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 3 Tbs maple syrup
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ cup avocado oil
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Whisk the egg with maple syrup.
- Add in the oil and grated carrots.
- Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, walnuts and mix.
- Pour the batter into a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Test with toothpick to see if it’s cooked in the middle.
