Banana Sweetened Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • Sprinkle of nutmeg
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cow milk/plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp avocado oil
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed

Directions

  • Mix the dry ingredients.
  • Mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl and add to dry ingredients.
  • Melt ½ tsp ghee on a frying pan.
  • Place 2 Tbs of batter at a time on the pan.
  • Cook until brown on both sides.
  • Enjoy with a dash of maple syrup and sliced fruits.
