Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- Sprinkle of nutmeg
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup cow milk/plant-based milk
- 1 tsp avocado oil
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
Directions
- Mix the dry ingredients.
- Mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl and add to dry ingredients.
- Melt ½ tsp ghee on a frying pan.
- Place 2 Tbs of batter at a time on the pan.
- Cook until brown on both sides.
- Enjoy with a dash of maple syrup and sliced fruits.
