My Training
I have a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Manchester and an MSc in Biotechnology from Georgetown University.
Later in my journey, I became certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where I studied a wide range of nutritional approaches, from Ayurveda to Paleo, vegan to macrobiotics, and learned practical tools for coaching and sustainable lifestyle change.
This blend of science and holistic training allows me to support women in a deeper, more personalized way. It’s not just about what you eat, it’s about how you live, how you feel, and how connected you are to your own body. When we work together, you’ll learn to make changes that don’t just work in the short term but actually stick—because they’re rooted in your real life, your rhythms, and your needs. The result? More energy, better balance, and a way of living that feels like home in your own body.
Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food and look into bringing balance to important areas of your life such as love and relationships as well as career and money. I will carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life. At IIN, I studied with the world’s top health and wellness experts including:
Joshua Rosenthal, founder of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition
Walter Willett, MD, DrPH, chair of nutrition at Harvard University
Andrew Weil, MD, director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine
Gabrielle Bernstein, bestselling author and life coach
Susan Blum, MD, MPH, assistant clinical professor at Mount Sinai School of Medicine
