Without restrictive diets, constant reliance on coffee, or the weight of the world on their shoulders.

Exploring the magic of life and inspiring others to believe in the healing powers of the body have been passions of mine for many years. I live by the saying “Given half a chance, the body wants to thrive”.

I saw the positive effects of lifestyle changes multiple times. I learned that understanding my unique biology and its needs is the key that opens the door to a lifetime of health and happiness.

My goal is to give you that key by providing you with the support, guidance, and safe space as you set your own goals and take the steps that set you up for long-term well-being. During our work together, you will get back in tune with your inner wisdom and be empowered to find what truly works for you. I will support you in a heart-centered fashion while you transform into the healthiest and happiest version of yourself.

My Story

 

As a Health & Nutrition Coach passionate about helping women regain energy, reconnect with their bodies, and transform their health, without restrictive diets, guilt, or stress weighing them down, I’ve learned that listening to your body is the fastest way to break free from unhealthy patterns and create lasting balance, confidence, and joy.

 

Here is how: 

It all began over 30 years ago with my father’s health struggles and grew through my own experiences. When he had an unexpected open-heart surgery at 40, it left a lasting mark on me. I remember urging him to follow his doctor’s lifestyle recommendations. Together as a family, we made changes. And today, thankfully, he’s a happy and healthy grandfather. That experience planted the seed for my passion: helping prevent illness before it takes hold.

Along the way, I faced my own challenges. I’ve lived with chronic itchiness for decades and was diagnosed with gestational diabetes during both pregnancies. Suddenly, every bite I ate felt critical, not just for me, but for my babies. Through that experience, I learned how to listen to my body, understand its signals, and respond with care. These lessons became the foundation of my work in nutrition and wellness, long before I realized I would turn them into my career.

Stress and emotional eating were another hurdle. For years, I told myself, “I just need more willpower,” yet I kept falling into the same patterns. One night, standing in my kitchen with a Magnum wrapper in hand, my husband kindly asked, “Why can’t you stop after one?” That moment made me face the truth: I wanted to stop, but I didn’t know how.

I started exploring emotional eating, learning from experts, and tuning into my body’s cues. Simple questions like, “What do I feel right now?” and “What do I really need?” became powerful tools. Slowly, I uncovered the real reasons I turned to food: exhaustion, overwhelm, and disconnection from myself. As I addressed these deeper needs, everything shifted. I stopped using food for comfort, regained energy, lost inches without dieting, and felt a lightness I had never experienced, both in my body and in my heart.

That’s when it clicked: listening to your body is the fastest way to break free from unhealthy patterns and create lasting balance, confidence, and joy. 

And I never want you to feel embarrassed or alone like I did that night in the kitchen.

That’s why, today, I’m passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies, regain energy, and transform their health, without restrictive diets, guilt, or stress weighing them down. My mission is to guide women toward balance, trust in their own bodies, and the joy that comes from feeling fully alive.

My Training

I have a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Manchester and an MSc in Biotechnology from Georgetown University.

Later in my journey, I became certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where I studied a wide range of nutritional approaches, from Ayurveda to Paleo, vegan to macrobiotics, and learned practical tools for coaching and sustainable lifestyle change.

This blend of science and holistic training allows me to support women in a deeper, more personalized way. It’s not just about what you eat, it’s about how you live, how you feel, and how connected you are to your own body. When we work together, you’ll learn to make changes that don’t just work in the short term but actually stick—because they’re rooted in your real life, your rhythms, and your needs. The result? More energy, better balance, and a way of living that feels like home in your own body.

Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food and look into bringing balance to important areas of your life such as love and relationships as well as career and money.
