Health coaching isn’t about prescribing a diet or a certain way of living. It focuses on the idea that we all have unique diet, lifestyle, emotional and physical needs. I work with clients to help them discover the right fuels and lifestyle choices that work for their unique biology, so they can become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves. 

Most approaches to healthy eating have tons of restrictions or rely on counting calories, carbohydrates, fats, or proteins. The truth is that there is no one diet that works for everyone. That’s why I coach my clients in a way that lets them explore what foods are best for their unique biology, beliefs, and sense of joy.

While nutrition plays a huge role in health, I coach on areas such as stress management, sleep, movement, creative outlets, social connections, and spirituality.

My coaching method is based on working on what you want to improve within the circumstances of your unique situation and taking one small step at a time.
