But despite my best efforts, I kept slipping back into old patterns.

I completely understand how busy life can get, and it’s great that you’re being mindful of your time and commitments. That’s actually one of the reasons I designed this program to be both flexible and supportive, so it can fit into even the busiest of schedules.

Here’s how it works:

  • Education Portal: 6 modules will be released weekly, one at a time, over the course of 6 weeks, so you’ll never feel overwhelmed or like you have to rush to keep up. Each module is short, actionable, and designed to give you clarity without taking up hours of your time.
  • Live Coaching Calls: After each module, you’ll have the chance to be coached on the specific topic you’ve just learned. This means you’ll never feel lost or feel like you’re figuring it all out on your own—I’ll be right there to guide you.
  • Community Platform: The private community platform will be there to encourage, motivate and support you. I will be there answering questions, cheering and coaching throughout the program.
